Contains:

• Vitamin C: Boosts immune system, needed for growth and repair of tissues.

• Vitamin B1: Helps the body convert carbohydrates into energy.  Is essential for the nervous system, cardiovascular system and muscular function.

• Vitamin B2: Breaks down fatty acids. Is essential for healthy skin and hair growth.

• Vitamin B3: Metabolism of glucose, fat and alcohol. Essential for healthy skin, aids in nervous system function and digestion.

• Vitamin B5: Aids in metabolism of fats, carbohydrates, and proteins. Has been shown to reduce total serum cholesterol, LDL levels and triglyceride levels.

• Vitamin B6: Aids in metabolism of fats, carbohydrates and proteins.

• Vitamin B12: Metabolism of fats, carbohydrates, and proteins. Essential in the production of blood cells in bone marrow and for nerve sheaths and proteins.
