The Team

Tammy E. Cabrera
DNP, FNP-BC, DOCTOR OF NURSING PRACTICE, BOARD CERTIFIED FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER
Tammy Cabrera is one of Knoxville’s most seasoned specialists in weight loss and medical cosmetic injections. She is an experienced nursing educator with many years of hospital and clinical experience. Tammy holds an Advanced Certification in cosmetic injections and sclerotherapy. She has served the Knoxville area as a weight loss clinician and cosmetic injector for 12+ years. Skin & Sculpt Medical Spa welcomes both old and new clients at their 248 N. Peters location.

Tammy’s objective in opening Skin & Sculpt, which opened in 2011, is to help clients achieve their optimal health and wellness goals through personally-tailored weight loss and skin care programs. We hope to provide clients with the building blocks necessary to be successful with their lifestyle choices.

Tammy holds an Associate of Science in Nursing from Dalton State College, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of West Georgia, and a Master of Science in Nursing from North Georgia College and State University. She recently completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice.
Anthony L. Cabrera MD
MEDICAL DOCTOR/MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Anthony Cabrera, MD is an internal medicine specialist in Knoxville, TN and has been practicing for 23 years. Dr. Cabrera is currently affiliated with UT Medical Center as a University of Tennessee Hospitalist and is the Medical Director at Skin & Sculpt Medical Spa. He is trained in all areas offered at Skin & Sculpt including but not limited to, Botox, Juvéderm, Kybella, CoolSculptng and laser services. Dr. Cabrera is involved with day to day operations of the medical spa and brings his expert clinical skills to every client encounter in daily interactions with clinical staff.
Sara Sexton
Sara was in pharmaceutical sales for 14 years, and then decided to become an entrepreneur. After opening and managing her own medical spa for 2 years, Sara sold the business and went back into sales. Sara then discovered Skin & Sculpt Medical Spa and feels back at home in the skin care/weight management business. She has been with Skin & Sculpt Medical Spa since 2011.

Erin Roth
Erin is a Licensed Aesthetician with 18 plus years medical spa experience. She enjoys helping all clients achieve healthy, natural skin as part of their overall wellness. She joined Skin & Sculpt Medical Spa in 2019.
Breann Kunselman
Breann is a graduate from the University of Tennessee, and after four years in corporate retail as a buyer she decided to follow her true passion of helping others achieve their skincare goals through proper education and aesthetic treatments. She has over 7 years of experience in cosmetic sales and received her aesthetics license in 2019.
Brooke Thomas
Brooke is a Licensed Aesthetician that graduated Tennessee School of Beauty in 2021, she is skilled in DiamondGlow treatments, chemical peels, dermaplaning and laser treatments. She loves customizing skin care regimens and is committed to results-oriented treatments. When Brooke is not with her clients, she enjoys spending time with family, friends and her dog, Savvy. Brooke looks forward to meeting you soon and helping you reach your skin care goals!
