Tammy is one of Knoxville’s most seasoned specialists in weight management and medical cosmetic injections, bringing 18+ years of clinical experience and a background as a nursing educator. She holds an advanced certification in cosmetic injections and sclerotherapy and is known for an approach that’s precise, conservative, and beautifully natural.

Since opening Skin & Sculpt in 2011, Tammy’s mission has been to help clients feel confident and well—through personally tailored programs that support long-term skin health and lifestyle success.

Anthony L. Cabrera, MD

Medical Doctor • Medical Director

Dr. Cabrera is an internal medicine specialist in Knoxville with 23 years of experience and is affiliated with UT Medical Center as a University of Tennessee Hospitalist. As Medical Director at Skin & Sculpt, he helps oversee clinical standards, safety, and treatment excellence across the practice.

He is trained across services offered at Skin & Sculpt—including injectables, CoolSculpting, and laser—and supports the team with expert clinical guidance.

A University of Tennessee graduate, Breann transitioned from corporate retail into aesthetics to pursue her passion for results-driven skin education and care. She has 7+ years of experience in cosmetic sales and earned her aesthetics license in 2019.

Brooke Thomas

Licensed Aesthetician

Brooke graduated from Tennessee School of Beauty in 2021 and specializes in DiamondGlow®, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and laser treatments. She loves customizing routines that support visible results and long-term skin health.
